The awards are acknowledged as the most prestigious in the electrical retailing sector, recognising and rewarding excellence in business management, customer service, product knowledge and overall business ethos.
Moss of Bath have been shortlisted for the 'Best Independent Retailer' (Consumer Electronics) Award as well as the 'Best Customer Service' Award.
Judging for all the categories is entirely independent and is based on the decision of an invited panel of judges.
Commenting on the shortlisted nominations, Tim Moss, owner of Moss of Bath says:
“Being shortlisted for two awards is a significant achievement in it's own right and we are honoured that the judges have deemed Moss of Bath to be one of the top four independent retailers in the UK in each of our nominated categories. I think that it is fantastic a small business in Bath will be competing against much larger companies in the country. It is also a great accolade for all the team at Moss of Bath.”
The winners of all the Independent Electrical Retailer Business Awards 2011 will be announced at a ceremony in Birmingham on 23rd June.
