Responsible for maintaining and repairing all television, video and audio equipment in the Moss of Bath Service Centre. Responding to telephone enquiries relating to all service/repair issues. Moss of Bath team installer.
1. How long have you worked at Moss of Bath and what brought you here in the first place?
I’ve been working at Moss of Bath for 23 years. What brought me here was lucky timing following a recommendation from a friend. And what’s kept me at Moss of Bath all this time is the great team of people that I work with.
2. What or where is your favourite place in the city of Bath and why?
There are lots of beautiful places in Bath; walking up and around The Royal Crescent and The Circus reminds me of the history and character of the city.

4. If you could take one product home today what would it be and why?
One of the latest Panasonic OLED TVs – Simply stunning picture quality and essential for a gamer!
5. What is the one thing you get asked the most by customers?
How do I tune my television in?”…and other ‘service’ related enquiries. We are quite unique at Moss of Bath in that we have our own Service Centre and…that we actually answer the phone and talk to people!
