Meet the team at Moss of Bath

ANNIE MOSS

PR/Marketing/Social Media

Annie is the ‘go to’ PR/Marketing/Social Media person at Moss of Bath also responsible for website content. Being naturally inquisitive (or just nosey!) and with a passion for writing this is the perfect role for her.

1.How long have you worked at Moss of Bath and what brought you here in the first place?

I’ve been working in my current role at Moss of Bath for around 10 years having always had an interest in the business since being ‘part of the family’.

2.What or where is your favourite place in the city of Bath and why?

I enjoy walking into town with the dog along the towpath from Batheaston and love the wrought iron bridge over the canal as you approach the gate to Sydney Gardens. You then get to walk into the city on the most elegant street anywhere in the UK; Great Pulteney Street. It certainly beats driving into town!

3.Should you press shuffle on your mp3 player which track appears?

I just pressed shuffle and ‘Swing Low Sweet Chariot’ by Ladysmith Black Mambazo came on which, given that I’m a big rugby fan and it’s the World Cup at the moment is a bit weird! However, I’m more likely to be listening to London Grammar or Maisie Peters at the moment.

4.If you could take one product home today what would it be and why?

I would really like a pair of the brand new Bowers & Wilkins PX 7 headphones or another Sonos One to add to our collection…they are so user friendly and I’d like to have one in every room!

5.What is the one thing you get asked the most by customers?

I work mainly from my office at home so don’t really have too much day-to-day interaction with customers. Should I be in store or at a work/business event people are usually interested in what kind of TV we have at home….it’s a Panasonic OLED.

6.Football/Rugby or something else?

I am a big rugby fan and try to get to as many Bath home games at The Rec as possible. I love match days in the City when there’s a real buzz in the air and the bars, cafes and restaurants are busy. Our son has just started studying at Exeter University….we may even venture to an away game this season.
