The West TV region has completed the switch to digital but if you are watching television in the MENDIP TRANSMITTER area (serving Bristol, parts of Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire & Gloucestershire) using Freeview, Top up TV or BT Vision, you will need to re-tune your digital TV or box on Wednesday 28th September 2011 to continue receiving all available services.
The local Bathampton transmitter will not be affected.
There will be a loss of services for viewers who do not re-tune. The transmission power from the Mendip transmitter will also be increased.
