On Monday 16th December 2013, Digital Radio UK will be hosting their third Go Digital Conference at the iconic BBC New Broadcasting House.
Over 230 senior executives from broadcasters, retailers, vehicle manufacturers, digital radio manufacturers and international delegates will hear key industry figureheads discuss the progress digital radio is making and what lies ahead for the medium.
Speakers at the event will include Sir Hossein Yassaie, Chief Executive of Imagination Technologies,one of UK's leading tech companies and owner of Pure, Helen Boaden, the BBC's director of radio and Ed Vaizey, Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries who is set to announce the Government's intentions and plans for digital radio.
Moss of Bath were significantly involved with the Digital Radio switchover trial which was piloted earlier this year in the Bath area and worked closely with Digital Radio UK.
Following the scheme's success, Tim Moss has been invited to speak at the Go Digital Conference on Monday 16th December. He wil be offering his feedback on the scheme from the point of view of the independent retailer.
Tim is scheduled to speak immediately after the Minister for Culture, Ed Vaizey and will be followed on stage by the BBC broadcaster Simon Mayo!
