Moss of Bath is the only accredited service centre in the city, which means we’ve seen it all before – and know how to fix it. Whether it’s a hum on your audio equipment, TV repairs or something else, we can fix products from most leading consumer electronic brands. We’ll even lend you a replacement product if yours has failed.*

What do I need to do?
The first step is to give us a call to see whether we can fix the problem over the phone. You can also bring your product into the store for us to take a look. Alternatively, for a small fee, we’ll organise a product collection. For integrated products and systems, we can send an engineer to your home or business.
How much does it cost?
A standard £45 plus VAT estimate fee applies to all incoming repairs, with the exception of large screen televisions (50+ inches) where a £65 plus VAT estimate fee will apply.
Estimated fees are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a replacement from Moss of Bath within ten days of receiving the repair estimate, your estimate fee will be refunded against the new product.
How long will it take?
Repair time varies for each product, but during 2023, the average turnaround for repairs was five working days.
