During these unprecedented times, the health and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority and I would like to assure you that we are taking every precaution with regards to COVID-19, as advised by the government, WHO and independent sources.
Our team and customers have always been at the heart of everything we do at Moss of Bath and as a company, ‘Health and Safety’ has always been a top priority; even more so now, in these uncertain times.
We have not had any cases of the virus amongst our team at present and have increased the cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces in store. We currently plan to remain open for business.
Fo those customers who are ‘self-isolating’ or simply prefer to stay at home, Moss of Bath will be able to give you the best and most professional advice to help you find the perfect home entertainment solution. In addition we are able to sell products via the ‘phone with a range of very flexible delivery services, including a same day option. This will also include the delivery of smaller items such as batteries, cables, headphones and radios. Our installation teams have hand sanitiser and gloves on board their vans and will take every health and safety precaution when visiting your home/business.
Moss of Bath will be monitoring developments closely to ensure that our staff and customers’ health and well-being is treated as a priority.
Continuing to support local independent businesses during these difficult times is important to ensure that not only do we survive the coming weeks and months but that we remain on the high street in Bath for you to enjoy in the future.
