Mrs Churchill said, "The engineer from Moss of Bath showed me exactly how to re-tune my television and encouraged me to write a step-by-step guide whilst he was there so that I would be able to do it myself the next time. On Wednesday 24th March 2010, at 7.00am, I followed these instructions and the TV was re-tuned in minutes. By the time my husband came downstairs to 'sort it out' I was already watching BBC 2 on digital. I feel confident that I will be able to follow the same process on Wednesday 7th April for the second stage of the Digital Switchover. On the 7th April 2010 you will be required to re-tune your digital TV and/or digital product if you get your signal through an aerial.
